Franklin Institute engagement
Franklin Institute engagement . I had been booked by Lindsay before we met, so our 1st encounter was at the engagement session. Let me stop there and say how important engagement sessions are. It gives you & your photographer an opportunity to see how your personalities mesh, how they shoot & how you photograph as well. On that note, we lucked out in more ways than I can count! First off Lindsay & Derek are a very sweet couple. Their love is apparent. And it also doesn’t hurt that they look like a couple of Guess models. 🙂 I also have to say that I love this girl! Derek your all right too brother but Lindsay was so great, very much into being photographed & I have to say, I enjoyed photographing her. She was like a model where she gave me the face I needed at the time. Comedic, serene, etc.. She was on point!! Ok, my wife is starting to get jealous so lets move on.. We started at Love Park but seriously, it was packed so we then just headed out & about and stopped when the light was good or if the moment hit us. We ended at the Franklin Institute where , alas, our time with the wonderful couple was over. But all in all, I think we got some great images & it was fun to meet these guys & hang out capturing them.
Lindsay & Derek, you were so awesome to work with & Lindsay ‘you’ are going to give ‘me’ some great wedding pictures! I just know it. You have a smile that lights up the room & I can’t wait to capture it again. And Derek, of course will be as GQ as he is. lol. I can’t wait to see you guys for your wedding at The Glen Foerd Mansion!!
And by the way, you may notice that I went a little bit wilder with my processing for this session. Lindsay wanted different & so I went with it. Let me know if you like it!
