Franklin Institute Wedding Pictures D&C. Another wedding weekend at the Franklin Institute. Dotty and Chris are up and as you can see from the pics, it was a great day. Although we have been going through Rainmageddon 2018 in Philly, the sun did make a slight appearance for these guys and we had a blast documenting them.
